Instructions for Purchasing Vouchers

ASE offers a voucher program where you can purchase online quiz credits up-front in a single transaction, and then distribute them to your employees or others as you'd like. Vouchers save time because there's only one transaction and also help with security because a credit card number is not being passed around to different people. Voucher purchases take place under two different scenarios as outlined below.

To purchase with a credit card at www.asecampus.com:

  1. Create a user profile
  2. Select Product Catalog from the menu
  3. View catalog for either the Refrigerant Program or Intro to Auto Service
  4. Select desired program vouchers
  5. Click 'Buy Now'
  6. Select 'Pay By Credit Card.' Click Submit. (Maximum purchase for a single transaction = $1,000.00)
  7. Enter the quantity of vouchers you would like to receive and verify all payment information, ensuring that you've entered your e-mail address correctly. Click Submit.
  8. Enter your credit card number, expiration date and security code. Click Submit.
  9. ASE Campus automatically sends your vouchers to the e-mail address you provided.

(Note: Voucher purchases for different programs cannot be combined in a single transaction. Perform a separate transaction when purchasing other vouchers.)

To purchase offline using a credit card, purchase order, or check:
  1. Register and create a user profile.
  2. Click the applicable link for the program of your choice:

    You can also request these forms through ASE customer service at 1-800-390-6789, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern time.

  3. Submit your order form along with credit card, purchase order or check to: ASE Customer Service, 1503 Edwards Ferry Road NE, Suite 401, Leesburg, VA 20176, or fax to: 703-669-6127.

  4. Once payment has been verified, vouchers will be issued via e-mail.

To use vouchers for payment once issued:
  1. Create user profile at www.asecampus.com (each quiz candidate needs to create their own profile)
  2. Select Product Catalog from the menu
  3. Select the desired program catalog
  4. Select desired quiz
  5. Click 'Buy Now'
  6. Select 'Pay by Voucher Code'
  7. Verify user information. Click Submit.
  8. Enter voucher code. Click Submit

Please Note: Vouchers are product-specific. That is, vouchers are only valid for their respective product. Vouchers can only be redeemed once and are non-refundable once purchased. Also, vouchers for the ASE Introduction to Automobile Service Program only apply to regular versions of the program. Vouchers are not available for the retake version. After purchasing multiple vouchers, ASE encourages you to track the vouchers in a spreadsheet that you maintain. Include columns for the voucher code, date it was received, the person each code was assigned to, and the date it was assigned.
